David Simmons brings a vast amount of restaurant experience to our team. Having worked for successes such as Brinker, Planet Hollywood, Black Eyed Pea, Pizza Inn and Dallas Restaurant Group, his areas of expertise derive from prior positions ranging from Franchisee, General Manager, District Manager, Regional Manager, Director of Operations and VP of Operations.

Mr. Simmons began his career in the hospitality industry at a young age. Working part time at Pizza Inn, this would later lead him into owning 5 franchise locations in Austin Texas. This opened many doors as well as what would also introduce him to ownership and franchising. After that, his career path would be inevitable. Each company he has been a member of, has received growth in top line sales and bottom line profits based on David's innovative entrepreneurial leadership and vast experience. Implementing this level of management to RCI has proven to complement the already existing powerhouse it is, to open the door for more growth in the restaurant/ hospitality industry.
